We are looking for a highly motivated and well-presented individual to join our team, representing our organization at client sites. The ideal candidate must be available immediately and will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the client’s location to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the correct headcount at the designated site according to specified requirements.
- Ensure PO numbers are received before supplying assignees (where applicable).
- Meet daily headcount requirements, including weekends or during strike situations.
- Collect and properly file all contract-related documentation.
- Request and manage signed OC, applicable rates, and flag end dates for attention.
- Screen candidates in line with company standards and requirements.
- Verify that assignees have valid IDs and driver’s licenses as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements when hiring foreign nationals.
- Select candidates for placement or overtime following legal and ethical guidelines.
- Uphold the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Stakeholder Engagement Policies.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, fostering organic growth and strong relationships.
- Address and resolve client queries within 24 hours.
- Ensure timely delivery of invoices, supported by signed PODs and reports.
- Conduct monthly meetings with clients and assignees, ensuring records are kept.
- Organize training, medicals, and transportation for assignees as required.
- Manage assignees according to company policies, including leave applications and disciplinary matters.
- Handle workplace injuries (IODs) by reporting promptly and completing necessary paperwork.
- Escalate disciplinary matters to the IR Department and represent the company in IR matters when needed.
- Ensure all documentation, including FTCs, Annexure As, IDs, JDs, EEA1 forms, contracts, and qualifications, is up to date and properly filed.
- Adhere to payroll deadlines and ensure accuracy in timesheets, hours, rates, and approvals.
- Oversee the issuing and control of PPE and ensure correct allocation to all assignees.
- Manage contract end processes, ensuring proper documentation, return of PPE, clock cards, and issuance of UIF claims.
- Promote the use of the payslip app by all assignees.
