Other duties include:

Leading a high-performing finance team and driving financial excellence.
Strategizing on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business objectives.
Providing critical financial insights to senior management and influencing strategic decisions.
Overseeing compliance, risk management, and internal controls to safeguard the business.
Managing relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.

Education:

Qualified CA(SA) or CIMA professional

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 8 years of post-articles experience, with a strong background in the automotive industry.
Proven track record in leading and managing finance teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
