Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of IT and Systems to spearhead the development and implementation of a robust IT capability. This role will be instrumental in building an IT Operations structure, budget, and plan, including a comprehensive governance framework. You will lead the IT portfolio to enable growth at scale, ensuring IT and Systems support the business at all levels.

Key Requirements

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline

·        Develop and implement the IT strategy, aligning it with the overall business strategy and goals.

·        Lead the IT team, providing guidance and support to ensure operational excellence.

·        Ensure IT and Systems support the business strategy, strategic goals, and sustainability initiatives.

·        Proven ability to lead and inspire an IT team. (amend to working with teams & third party vendors/stakeholders).

·        Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, architecture, systems, and applications.
