Employer: Ideal & Selected Candidates

o Daily meeting with foreman to discuss previous shifts and action any outstanding Issues

o Acting as shift electrician or Fitter when and if required.

o Assist with factory breakdowns where needed.

o To share standby duties with chargehand and Workshop Foreman, and to stand in when he is off sick or on leave.

o You will be responsible to plan and carry out machine calibrations on all machines on a monthly basis

o Planning and Supervision of Maintenance Jobs

o Managing of spares and stock levels

o Project planning and execution

Required Skills

Production Supervisor: 4 to 5 years
Workshop Supervisor: 4 to 5 years

Candidate Requirements

• Matric qualification

• Red seal trade qualification - Millwright

• 5 years’ experience minimum within a large, highly pressurised factory environment.

• PLC courses/certificates with proof is beneficial
