Job Description:
- Perform basic secretarial duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and greeting clients in a high-end showroom environment.
- Process invoices, manage billing, and assist with stock keeping using specialized software.
- Receive packages and coordinate with the administrative officer on various related tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients have a positive experience from the moment they enter the showroom.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: National Senior Certificate (NSC) is required.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in computer use, including data processing and familiarity with invoicing and billing software.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly and anticipate needs.
- Organized, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be well-versed and able to interact professionally with clients.
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
- Language: Being able to speak both English & Afrikaans is to your advantage.
