Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their client's team in Cape Town. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and accurately.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will lead a team, implement inventory management systems, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Your key goal will be to improve warehouse productivity and optimize inventory management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels
• Implement and maintain warehouse safety and security protocols
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff, providing training and support
• Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements
• Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics providers
• Prepare and manage the warehouse budget and ensure cost efficiency
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for warehouse activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
