Imagine being at the helm of milling operations, orchestrating the intricacies of flour production within a state-of-the-art milling plant. You’ll lead the charge in achieving peak milling performance and maintaining impeccable wheat output quality through meticulous adjustments and control methodologies.

Optimise the screens room configuration to maximise extraction and milling gain. Ensure consistent wheat quality that adheres to established standards. Oversee the readiness, training, and maintenance of millers. Enhance overall plant efficiency through strategic interventions. Uphold stringent safety protocols and ensure a hygienic workspace, and ensure manufacturing operations align meticulously with FSSC 22000 standards, emphasizing unwavering commitment to quality and safety.

You’ll need a foundational Matric qualification, a GMF Trade Test, and 5 years’ post-Trade Test experience demonstrating expertise in Overall Equipment Effectiveness within a wheat milling environment. Familiarity with wheat grading and fumigation methodologies is advantageous. Familiarity with PLC-operated plants, coupled with a history of engagement in mills with a minimum capacity of 20t/ph.
