Sales and Marketing:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets.
2. Lead and manage a sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
3. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, and identify new business opportunities.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
Operations and Logistics:
1. Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
2. Manage the receiving, storage, and shipping of aluminum products.
3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
4. Supervise warehouse operations, including maintenance and equipment management.
Leadership and Management:
1. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for branch staff.
2. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
3. Conduct performance evaluations and address performance issues.
4. Collaborate with HR to recruit and hire new staff members.
Financial Management:
1. Manage branch budget, including sales forecasts, expenses, and profit margins.
2. Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction and improvement.
3. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Customer Service:
1. Ensure excellent customer service through prompt issue resolution and proactive communication.
2. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
3. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell aluminum products.
Industry Knowledge:
1. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
2. Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in the aluminum industry or related field.
3. Proven sales and management experience.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
6. Experience with aluminum distribution, manufacturing, or fabrication.
7. Knowledge of aluminum products, applications, and industry standards.
