Develop marketing material to brand the service
Co-ordinate sales strategy with sales department
Provide input for annual budget
Analyse/compare actual figures with budget and explain differences
Actively manage costs and resources
Identify and manage performance measurements.
Prepare quotes as per client requirements
Send standard trading condition and Credit application with quote to new clients.
Develop pricing structure for services and review regularly
Get signed quotes back
Ensure that quotes and job cards are implemented with finance
Visit clients regularly
Follow up on queries
Feedback on changes within the industry to clients
Manage the process
Manage the RMS/Quayside process
Plan and allocate staffing resources
Coordinate with quality manager, on sales, operations and new business
Manage the labelling process
Plan and budget staff according to seasonal requirements
Plan and manage staff leave in accordance with operational and statuatory requirements
Manage recruitment and retention of the best candidates
Develop staff ensuring continuous learning of the Team to improve overall staff competencies
Effectively communicate and ensure compliance with company goals, values, strategy and policies
Maintain a credible leadership profile in line with the Organisational culture both internally and externally
Ensure all staff performance are managed in accordance with performance
