Requirements 

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Floor Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  
• Must have PILOT POS experience, Computer Literate, and the ability to plan well
• Have extraordinary people skills, energetic, driven, have passion for the restaurant industry, ability to perform under pressure.
