We are looking for a Junior Technician.

You must be a well spoken, neat, energetic go getter and willing to go the extra mile for our clients.

Duties:

Installing and commissioning computer hardware and software.

Maintain customer desktop and networking equipment.

Analyzing and solving any serious problems that arise at customer sites.

Manage and resolve all calls placed for the Desktop Support environment.

Ensure service levels are met for all logged calls while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction that meets the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
