Employer: National Risk Managers ( Affinity Health)
Provide support, manage the client relationship and address any client issue that may arise. Assist with support to the members registered on our plans
Experience
- 2+ years in Health Claims (essential)
- 2+ year financial insurance administrative experience
- Advanced Excel Skills
- 2+ years insurance experience
- Understanding that this role requires you to be confident in speaking and emailing your clients
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with the client
- Provide customer care support to members/companies
- Conduct general administrative duties
- Monthly checking of client’s membership to ensure it matches the system
- Regular contact with assigned company contacts doing general PR calls
- Ensure that your assigned companies are fully compliant and that the required monthly premiums are paid meticulously
- Issuance of letters of good standing when required
- Issuance of proof of registration when required
- Import schedules received from the companies onto the internal system
- Reconciliation of schedules and payments received
Qualifications
- Advanced Excell Skills
- Fluent in Afrikaans will be an advantage
- Vernac Speaking
