Experience

• 2+ years in Health Claims (essential)
  
• 2+ year financial insurance administrative experience
  
• Advanced Excel Skills
  
• 2+ years insurance experience
  
• Understanding that this role requires you to be confident in speaking and emailing your clients

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the client
  
• Provide customer care support to members/companies
  
• Conduct general administrative duties
  
• Monthly checking of client’s membership to ensure it matches the system
  
• Regular contact with assigned company contacts doing general PR calls
  
• Ensure that your assigned companies are fully compliant and that the required monthly premiums are paid meticulously
  
• Issuance of letters of good standing when required
  
• Issuance of proof of registration when required
  
• Import schedules received from the companies onto the internal system
• Reconciliation of schedules and payments received

Qualifications

• Advanced Excell Skills
  
• Fluent in Afrikaans will be an advantage
  
• Vernac Speaking
