What you’ll do:

·        Lead and manage contracts on SANRAL projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

·        Collaborate with project teams, clients, and contractors to address claims, disputes, and variations.

·        Ensure adherence to OH&S and environmental requirements.

·        Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff.

·        Apply Site Management System based on ISO 9001 QMS.

Requirements:

·        BSc or BEng in Civil Engineering

·        Pr. Eng Registration with ECSA

·        Pr CPM Registration with SACPCMP (advantageous)

·        10+ years of experience in contract administration as Employer's Agent, Engineer, Principal Agent, or similar

·        Proven experience on SANRAL projects (non-negotiable)

·        In-depth knowledge of Conditions of Contract (FIDIC 1999, NEC 3/4, GCC 2010/2015, JBCC)

·        Minimum 3 projects within the last 10 years in the following roles: Contracts Engineer, Project Leader, Contracts Engineer (Toll), Contracts Manager (Toll), or Resident Engineer.

·        Experience with South African National Roads Authority, Concessionaire, or Provincial Authority clients.

·        Experience in development, improvement (road upgrades), or development of new road infrastructure projects.
