Facilitating and driving implementation of Total Quality Management System across all sites and divisions.
Initiating, reviewing, approving and implementing SOPs and Quality Manual per the required process.
Implementation of an effective recall system compliant to IBCO requirements.
Management of Deviations, change control and corrective actions as per approved SOPs.
Management of self-inspections programs ensuring recommendations are made and corrective and preventative actions identified and implemented effectively.
Leading Quality review meetings within Group Quality Assurance.
Implementing an annual risk schedule and ensuring risk assessments are done according to the schedule and approved SOP.
Management of customer complaints process to meet investigation timelines and complaint closure.
Performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrences with deviations and negative audit findings.
Ensure Staff members are adequately trained and perform their jobs to a satisfactory standard.
Drive continual process improvements based on the latest Manufacturing trends and guidelines.
Implement adequate measures for all quality systems.
Maintaining the laboratory used for quality controls.

BSc/BEng/B-Tech or Diploma in relevant quality/process education
Six Sigma/ISO certification would be advantageous
Minimum 3 years experience in a process manufacturing environment
Management experience as a Process Specialist, Quality Engineer or Quality Manager
