REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- 2 years 'experience as an Administrator
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, with experience in Lariat "AMPLO" and SimplePay considered advantageous
- Experience working in the metal industry
- Metal knowledge(Non-negotiable)
- Valid drivers and own transport (Non-negotiable)
- Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans (Xhosa an advantage)
- Strong attention to detail, excellent numeracy skills, and the ability to work independently
DUTIES:
Basic Bookkeeping:
- Proficient in maintaining accurate financial records and managing daily transactions.
Price Management:
- Skilled in updating and managing pricing systems to ensure accuracy. Experience with Lariat “AMPLO” system will be advantageous.
Invoicing:
- Experienced in preparing and issuing invoices promptly.
Cash Management:
- Ensure daily float balances are accurate and reconciled at day end.
Purchase Order Management:
- Monitor and correlate purchase orders with cash flow requirements.
Customer Relations:
- Effectively address customer inquiries and resolved issues.
Staff Management:
- Maintain and update staff lists and records diligently.
Payroll Administration:
- Responsible for processing payroll and ensuring timely payments. Experience with SimplePay will be advantageous.
Leave Management:
- Update and track staff leave records accurately.
HOURS:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 14:00
- Must be flexible if needed for a full day - Starting hours could be 7:30/8:00. End of day could be 17:00
