Truewood is looking for sales executives and a store manager for our new shop opening in Rustenburg (Waterfall Value Centre).

We are looking for experienced sales professionals to lead our in-store sales executives as a brand ambassador of Truewood and our core values. Grow with the company, work within an tight team,  and buy in to our principles, in order to take the company to ever greater heights.

Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Meet monthly targets

- Meet monthly sales targets

- Meet monthly layby targets

- Meet monthly quote targets

- Ensure that the Truewood shop always looks exceptional

- Build relationships with customers

- Work closely with colleagues and managers to ensure that targets are met and exceptional service is given to customers.

2. Target setting and opportunity management

-Clear and concise store targets updated and tracked 

-Active management of expected sales and deal flow

-Ensure sales executives are closing sales in accordance with the identified Truewood systems and strategy

3. LayBy Tracking 

-Ensure that the Layby file is populated, updated and actively managed

-Ensure that Truewood policy requirements are adhered to on all captured and released Laybys

-Ensure that Layby documentation is complete and accurate

4. Quotations 

-Ensure that quotations are captured and completed in accordance with Truewood policy and system requirements

5. Store administration

-Updated and accurate completion of weekly documentation for area manager and head office review

-Accurate and detailed minutes of weekly store meetings

-Accurate and detailed order completion of all sales executives

-Ensuring that all orders, laybys and client requests are effectively and efficiently processed

-Ensuring effective communication with clients around payments, deliveries and other matters

-Processing and capturing of new store decor, and sales thereof

-Timeous order management of store consumables

-Management of store floor and promotions

-Ensuring that the store is spotless and that furniture is not damaged
