Are you an experienced maintenance supervisor ready to lead a dynamic team in the food manufacturing industry? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our clients operation in the Western Cape.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Trade Tested Fitter or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Proven experience in the food manufacturing industry.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
Excellent knowledge of maintenance practices, equipment, and safety standards.
Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
