·       The bookkeeper/junior accountant is responsible for managing financial transactions and procedures. They will also assist the group accountant as an1)    Key Roles and responsibilities

·         Daily reconciliation of multiple bank accounts (both debit and credit transactions)

·         Processing supplier invoices and submitting them for payment

·         Reconciling month-end supplier accounts to statements

·         Monthly credit card and fleet card reconciliations

·         Processing general journals

·         Processing petty cash transactions and balancing to the month-end cash count

·         Balancing intercompany AR/AP/Loan accounts at month-end

·         Filing

·         Liaising with internal and external auditors as required

·         Additional administrative tasks as required when required.
