Employer: Black Tie Recruit
- Schedule, coordinate meetings, appointment and travel for executives and family.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls and letters.
- Draft and edit speeches, sales notes, letters, reports.
- Maintain filing, organise office supplies.
- Prepare agendas, compile board meeting packs, take minutes and follow up on action items for board and family meetings.
- Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, car rentals for business and family trips.
- Handle Forex currency requests and orders for both business and personal use.
- Complete visa applications and create invitation letters for international travel.
- Liaise with FNB for personal and business needs.
- Reconcile personal accounts and equalisation.
- Organise company events and family gatherings.
- Perform personal tasks for family members, including managing schedules and appointments.
- Coordinate with drivers.
- Book activities like padel tennis and golf.
- Order food, snacks and beverages.
- Purchase gifts and flowers for special occasions.
- Summarise sales reports, including sales and property reports.
- Manage monthly accounts - DSTV, Telkom, Levies.
- Order medication and reconcile medical accounts monthly.
- Assist with medical and insurance claims.
- Handle other ad hoc duties as needed.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in the role of Personal Assistant
