Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop and implement our sales strategy and build industry relations. The ideal candidate will possess an experienced background in sales management, particularly in the renewable energy sector. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team, optimizing sales processes, and driving revenue growth while ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a small team of sales consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to improve strategies and identify new opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Address client needs and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer service.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, revenue targets, and customer feedback. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve team performance.
Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge. Foster a collaborative and high performance culture within the sales team.
Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and innovative techniques to improve sales outcomes.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for expansion. Use this information to guide strategic decisions and product offerings.

Candidate Requirements
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in sales management or renewable energy is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record in the renewable energy sector or related industries. Experience managing a sales team is essential.
