Role and Responsibilities
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
- Make necessary arrangements for all meetings and operational programmes
- Coordinate and facilitate all committee and subcommittees meetings and activities.
- Provide administrative assistance, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
- Record minutes and accurately enter data for meetings held by the scheme.
- Produce minutes, reports, presentations and briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Strives for high standards of delivery to clients
- Has a strong understanding of processes needed to undertake role successfully
Working Conditions
- The following working conditions applies:
- This position works on a hybrid model. A combination of working remotely, from the office or at a venue were necessary.
- Travel might sometimes be required.
Remuneration:
Market related remuneration.
Candidate Requirements
Requirements and Experience
- Matric and Secretariate/Administrative Diploma in administration related qualification.
- An additional qualification as an executive/personal assistant would be considered an advantage.
- 2-3 years experience in administration.
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excell, PowerPoint, Teams and any other relevant software).
- Exemplary planning and time management skills.
- Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High level verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
