Candidate Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

• Receiving orders telephonically, via email and WhatsApp messages
• Price confirmation and correspondence with management
• Checking stock availability and locations
• Processing of clients' purchase orders on B.C
• Liaising with transporters and customers regarding collection/deliveries
• Reconciliation of stock & tracking movements between depots
• Backorder follow-up/cancellations
• Various Admin Duties/Housekeeping
• Arranging transportation for certain bulk orders/ customers.
• Printing of Labels, Shippers and Inserts
• Internal / External Stock Transfers & Month end stock count

Education & Experience 

• Matric
• Post Matric qualification (Advantageous)
• Software Package: B.C
• Computer literate (MS Office package)
• Sales and logistics working experience
• Consignment reconciliation experience
• Bilingual (Afrikaans and English) desired

• Must be a team player
• Excellent planning, organising and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate fluently and professionally (verbally and in writing)
• Attention to detail
• Excellent administration skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
