Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Flatter / Prepper with a strong background in automotive body shop practices. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing our bath products to ensure they meet the highest standards of flatness and conformity before the spray painting process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply body filler to baths as needed to achieve a smooth and even surface.
• Sand and finish surfaces to ensure flatness and adherence to specifications.
• Inspect completed work for conformity, identifying and rectifying any imperfections.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
