We are seeling a motivated and detail-oriented full-time Jnior IT Technician to join our team. As a Junior IT Technician at our manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operatyion of the IT infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, printers and peripherals.Monitor and manage IT infrastructure including EDR and backups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to operating systems, applications, printers and network connectivity.
• Assist in the setup and deployment of new hardware and software for employees.
• Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
• Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
• Provide training and support to employees on IT-related topics and best practices.
• Office 365 administration, configuration and support.
• VOIP administration, configuration and support.
