About the Role:

The Contracts Manager oversees delivery of projects from the start through to completion, establishing the optimal contractual framework, overseeing its successful management and delivery whilst ensuring positive economic outcomes.

Requirements:

· BSc/BTech Construction Management or similar.

· Minimum 7 years’ experience in Construction Site Management/Project Management.

· Experience in residential projects.
