− Developing, implementing and managing an effective legal compliance program for the parts division
− Develop and review all parts policies
− Create sound internal controls and ensure compliance
− Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders when needed
− Proactively enforce internal processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses within the parts business
− Advise management on the division’s compliance with set out processes and standard operating procedures and regulations through detailed reports.
− Create and manage effective action plans in response to non-compliance.
− Train employees on policies and procedures through the applicable SOP’s.
− Providing onboarding training for new employees across parts business.
− Gathering and analysing information to determine learning needs.
− Facilitating and delivering internal learning solutions.
− Developing and rolling out training material.
− Record keeping
Candidate Requirements
− Excellent presentation skills - PowerPoint, Visio
− Minimum 5 years related experience
