To prepare export customs and shipping documentation

accurately and make bookings accordingly.

➢ To control the export files for the week.

➢ Receive requests from clients and respond in a

courteous, friendly, and helpful manner.

➢ Prepare documents accurately and in accordance with

client requirements.

➢ These documents must be sent to the client immediately

upon completion.

➢ Ensure airfreight instructions are complete for all

shipments.

➢ Export files must be checked and signed.

➢ Ensure shipments are completed and in time to make the

airline cut-offs.

➢ Co-ordinate General Cargo, Perishable Cargo and DGR

goods packaging with respective service providers.

➢ Client must be notified and kept updated at all times.

➢ Complete specific tasks allocated to you efficiently.

➢ Co-ordinate collections and deliveries with the

warehouse and/or respective service providers.

➢ Work diligently in order to complete the day’s work within

normal working hours.

➢ Any other reasonable requests.
