Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide support to the company in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva.
Responsibilities:
- Create and design engaging PowerPoint presentations for meetings, events, and client presentations
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets and data analysis in Excel
- Use Canva to design marketing materials, social media posts, and other visual content
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and faxing
- Assist with project coordination and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with Canva or other graphic design software preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in an administrative role
