We are looking for a proactive Junior Facilities Manager with experience in managing residential estates to join our team. The role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring high standards of service delivery within the estate. You will assist in budgeting, implementing operational policies, and addressing resident concerns to maintain a safe and well-functioning environment.
