Our client is seeking a qualified Engineering Manager to lead their engineering team and enhance maintenance processes, ensuring they are executed efficiently and safely. The position is based in the Eastern Cape.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matriculation Certificate
Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Government Certificate of Competency (GCC)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in engineering maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG setting
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficient in project management and maintenance software
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
