- Grade 12
- 2 years working experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Office Package experience
- Well organised / Disciplined

DUTIES
- Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager
- Proactively contact potential customers via phone to introduce and promote the range of vape products
- Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and convert prospects into loyal customers
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources
- Responsible for making outbound calls to obtain new customer business
- Service existing customers
- Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively to close sales
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer accurate and up-to-date information
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
- Support the External Sales team
- Supporting the Admin Manager
- Provide proactive customer support, inform them about new products or services
- Collect feedback for a database
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
