Key Responsibilities:

·        Provide cost management and project control services across a range of sectors, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

·        Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and bills of quantities.

·        Manage contract administration, valuation of variations, and final account preparation.

·        Work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to deliver exceptional results.

·        Utilize your experience to oversee procurement processes, tenders, and cost reporting.

Requirements:

·        BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution.

·        Professional registration with SACQSP (around 2 years).

·        8-10 years of experience in quantity surveying across various sectors.

·        Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and colleagues.

·        Proficient in cost management software and relevant industry tools.
