Our successful Gaming Technicians …

·   are familiar with and have experience in maintaining a wide range of electronic gaming machines

·   find faults using diagnostics

·   clean and replace equipment and peripheral devices

·   quickly analyse and solve equipment maintenance problems, including online/offline systems

·   respond promptly, positively and diplomatically to customers

·   implement gaming machine moves and conversions

·   proactively identify potential equipment maintenance problems and take the necessary action to ensure zero preventable equipment downtime

·   keep accurate and up-to-date maintenance records

·   work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.
