By offering a digitally immersive, real-time sales experience both online and in-person, they are redefining the car buying and selling process. Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in SAICA Auditing articles
CA(SA) qualification highly advantageous
1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience is highly beneficial
Strong proficiency in MS Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Evolve Dealership Management System is advantageous
Proven ability to engage effectively with staff at all levels of the organization
Solid expertise in handling complex accounting matters
Demonstrated skills in financial analysis and interpretation
Strong capability in forecasting and budgeting processes
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and secure necessary information
Ability to collaborate with teams and senior leadership effectively
Highly deadline-driven with the ability to perform well under pressure
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and analyze financial data for accurate reporting
Identify key financial drivers and variances translating insights for senior management
Monitor daily financial metrics across teams
Ensure the accurate recording and reporting of financial and stock data
Review and enhance deal sheets for improved profitability
Develop performance tracking templates aligned with budgets and forecasts
Record accruals provisions and cost of sales for month-end reporting
Analyze and report on balance sheet and income statement performance
Collaborate on budget development and quarterly updates with executives
Identify and implement cost-saving strategies with the financial director
Oversee daily accounting functions for various projects
Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate transaction records
Provide timely operational reports to the financial director
Manage cash flow and performance reporting for special projects
Conduct spot checks to ensure adherence to business controls
Document processes for each operation and location
Mitigate financial risks through the implementation of business controls with the financial director
