We are currently in the market to recruitment highly skilled technical agents to join our dynamic team!

We are looking for an English Support Specialist with:
- 1- 2 years’ experience in a technical environment or IT background
- Excellent communication skills in English(written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on customer service.
- Proven troubleshooting skills, especially with new or complex issues.
12 month customer service experience
Open to review IT students wanting to gain working experience in a technical background
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Passion for technology.
- Familiarity with macOS and iPadOS.
- Retail or hospitality experience.
- Knowledge of Zendesk and POS systems is a plus.
