Parts Advisor

Responsibilities:
- Placing of direct orders;
- Continuous delivery of excellent customer service and early identification of customers’ purchasing needs;
- Stock control;
- Over-the-counter sales of parts;
- Effective administration;
- Compiling quotes; and
- Handling of telephonic enquiries.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Grade 12 / Std 10;
- Two years relevant experience in sales of agricultural equipment and/or spare parts;
- Must be fully computer literate;
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment;
- Sense of accuracy;
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision;
- Good communication skills in Afrikaans and English;
- No allergies to dust and chemicals;
- Valid Code 8 driver’s licence; and
- Willing to work overtime when needed.
