Job Specification
As a Site Operating Partner, you will report to the Operations Executive and play a crucial role in managing the site's overall performance. Your responsibilities will include overseeing operations, finance, stock, cash, human & other resources, compliance, and risk management, ensuring that our customers receive top-quality service while driving profitability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
- 8 years related experience in retail sales with a proven track record in a managerial capacity
- Knowledge of fuel, safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of retail operating systems
