Employer: Tumaini Consulting

Requirements:

· Minimum 8 years’ post qualification experience within Building Services

· Minimum 5 years' experience in mentoring other engineers

· Competent in tender and bills of quantities compilation and knowledge of various contracts

· Competent in mechanical building services design

Responsibilities:

· Run large and mega size projects with no supervision

· Run the project financial management aspect comfortably with no supervision e.g., budgeting, payment certification, cost reporting, doing final accounts etc.

· Liaise with finance on a regular basis and provide cashflows of what needs to be invoiced on monthly basis

· Conduct skills audit for the department
