This is a full-time on-site role for a Counter Sales position at our client in Fourways/Bryanston area.

IT/ICT/Telecoms/Security/Technology/Software or similar (industry background)

The Counter Sales personnel will be responsible for communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales transactions, ordering, and managing sales activities.Your responsibilities include taking orders, answering questions relating to the order, receiving payment, and executing the order. You should provide quick and efficient service, ensure maximum customer satisfaction, and resolve all queries professionally.

Sales Representative

A professional & passionate sales representative with a background in IT & Networking products.

On site position based in Fourways, Johannesburg. Own vehicle & valid driver's license is essential.

• Selling products to prospective customers and upselling existing customers.
• Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
• Maintaining good business relationships to ensure future sales and continued client loyalty
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling - B2B.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within relative deadlines
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• A background in Networking & IT is essential for this position
