- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon.
- Oversee the work of other salon staff, such as nail masters, hair therapists, recieptionists , and cleaners.
- Monitor the staff hygin daily.
- Ensure that the salon is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise.
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing training and development for existing staff.
- Good communicator and professional customer service.
- Ensure that the salon complies with all health and safety regulations.
- Follow up and connect efficently with other salon department like, training department, inventory depertment, HR department, accounting department.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Salon Manager or similar role such as spa manager, hotel manager, gym manager.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Professional English speaker.
- Ability to manage a team of 30 people and more.
- Ability to handle and solve all salon problems, eaither with customers or staff.
- Strong communicator.
- A good knowlegde of salon services and products.
- A good looking with personal care.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office and salon management software.
- Ability to motivate the staff and mentaine a healthy environment daily.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
