Job Summary:
As a Receptionist/Internal Sales Person, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a professional and friendly reception experience. In addition to reception duties, you will also handle internal sales processes, including utilizing ArtiCAD software to create and manage kitchen designs and quotations. This role requires a blend of excellent customer service skills, sales acumen, and proficiency in ArtiCAD.

Candidate Requirements
- Reception Duties:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the front desk area, including handling mail, packages, and office supplies. responsible for invoicing, reconning accounts
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
- Internal Sales Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their kitchen design needs and preferences.
- Utilize ArtiCAD software to create detailed kitchen designs and layouts.
- Prepare and present accurate quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
- Follow up with clients to address any queries and provide updates on their projects.
- Coordinate with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
- Handle data entry and manage customer databases.
- Support the sales team with various tasks as needed.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or internal sales role, preferably within the kitchen or interior design industry.
- ArtiCAD Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ArtiCAD software or similar design tools is essential.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Education: Relevant qualification or certification in sales, administration, or design is an advantage.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for the kitchen design industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Salary R8000,00 to R13,000.00 PER MONTH
