Employer: Datacentrix (Pty) Ltd
- Matric required plus relevant National qualification (NQF 6/10)
- Minimum 2 years front line sales experience (essential)
- Vendor certificate on software or hardware (Advantageous)
- Manage partner onboarding and enablement, recruit and convert new partners to transacting partners
- Call campaigns – Drive event attendance, promotions, pipeline follow up’s, awareness campaigns, key messaging, account activation and other related call campaigns
- Work with sales team to jointly manage pipeline on product opportunities, ensure that each sales opportunity is driven as proactively as possible
- An ongoing forecast is to be maintained with current and future opportunities, including weekly pipeline follow ups and forecast submission
- Answer partner queries, offer product information, guidance and support
- Ensure overall partner experience expectations are met and challenges are effectively solved timeously
- Keep partners informed of new developments in Product Set
- Prospect for new potential partners based on partner pre-qualification criteria and develop under-performing partners
