Our client, dedicated to delivering exceptional products to prestigious retail partners, is looking for a meticulous and passionate Quality Assurance Manager, committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and driving continuous improvement to join their team.
As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead the quality control initiatives, ensuring products consistently meet rigorous quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality policies and processes, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating across departments to drive improvements. Your leadership will be key to fostering a strong quality-driven culture within the organization.
Minimum Requirements:
Valid driver's license and own vehicle
A degree in Food Sciences or a related discipline.
2 – 3 years of proven experience in quality assurance management or a related field.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications in quality assurance or related disciplines are a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain robust quality assurance policies, procedures, and product specifications in line with FSSC standards and customer expectations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of products, processes, and systems to ensure full compliance.
Train and support staff in adhering to quality assurance protocols and specifications.
Oversee quality monitoring programs and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and address non-conformance issues.
Stay informed of industry trends and apply best practices to maintain high-quality standards.
Address any quality-related challenges promptly and effectively.
Participate in product development and process improvement projects within the plant(s).
