Store Sales Operations Manager (ICT) (JB4752)

R18 – R20 000 CTC per month plus Vehicle & Fuel allowance

If you're passionate about leading sales teams, driving business growth, and ensuring operational compliance, this role is for you. We are looking for a results-driven professional to oversee our stores (multiple locations) sales operations, promote Fibre products, and grow our SMB clientele base.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field
3-4 years of experience in sales or retail, with telecommunications experience being an advantage
Strong leadership, supervisory, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and team management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS software
Willingness to travel regularly for store site visits
Valid drivers license with own reliable vehicle
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and direct sales teams in their daily operations, providing support to achieve sales targets
Promote and sell mobile products, Fibre, and other contractual services offered
Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and improve sales performance across stores
Conduct weekly and monthly meetings to track and monitor sales performance
Perform regular site visits to stores, identifying gaps and areas for improvement to boost sales
Provide coaching, motivation, and product training to team members, ensuring high performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and follow up on audit reports
Implement activation plans to enhance performance and ensure effectiveness
Present periodic performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and achievements
