Our client, a prominent investment firm in Johannesburg, is on the lookout for a talented Senior Investment Associate. This key role involves performing comprehensive analyses and building a strong pipeline of potential projects for venture capital and private equity investments.

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

· Minimum 7 years of appropriate experience in a fund management entity.

· Venture Capital, Private Equity or Corporate Finance Experience.

· Demonstrate track record of originating, structuring and closing of complex transactions (have a deal sheet).

· Experience in Valuations and Exits.
