Reporting to Regional Sales Manager
Main purpose of Job:
The Clinical Application Specialist will be expected to organize and deliver training to all hospitals with the company's Medical Devices to ensure optimal and correct use of the Medical Devices managed by the Clinical Application Manager the Clinical Application Trainer will work with minimal supervision, to support staff in accessing training to all company Medical Devices within the hospital. The Clinical Applications Trainer will provide leadership and expert clinical knowledge to a range of healthcare professionals from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Training:
Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for staff across various hospital locations.
Support the Hospital’s Education Department in identifying and achieving organizational objectives and implementing educational programs to address clinical training needs.
Train all staff at company's Medical Devices hospitals to ensure they are competent in using all company's Medical Devices.
Identify and address situations within the hospital that may impact the use of dedicated disposables and implement training programs to improve their consumption.
Develop and strengthen customer relationships throughout the hospital.
Assist with new installations.
Train pharmacy staff on all disposables to ensure they have adequate knowledge for maintaining a reasonable supply of dedicated disposables.
Support new product training and launches.
Assist with trials and demonstrations of company's Medical Devices.
Coordinate with the National Sales Manager regarding training schedules for each account.
Maintain training records for all completed training sessions.
Submit monthly reports to the National Sales Manager.
Manage allocated promotional materials.
Assist with training night staff
Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
Demonstrate products and services to existing and potential customers, helping them select those best suited to their needs.
Prepare and implement call plans.
Travel to designated areas.
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, logistics, and the technical service department.
Analyze the territory/market potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.
Develop and manage customer value plans for existing clients, highlighting their profiles, market share, and potential value opportunities.
Customer Relationships:
Build and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory or market segment.
Schedule and conduct pre-arranged visits and training sessions for existing and potential customers.
Product Knowledge and Training:
Stay informed about product applications, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends by reading relevant literature and consulting with marketing and technical service departments.
Attend weekly training sessions.
Prepare and present training materials as needed
Compliance:
Representatives are required to work full days from 08:00 to 16:30.
Attend allocated and required workshops and conferences.
Participate in weekly office meetings as needed.
Perform duties outside of regular working hours when necessary
Communication:
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
Ensure communication is clear, unambiguous, and tailored to the target audience, using methods appropriate to the work context.
Develop and maintain business relationships with current customers.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Finance:
Manage the allocated expense budget.
Strategically and geographically plan area calls to effectively manage the petrol allowance.
Admin:
Maintain detailed records of all contacts and their details in Salesforce.
Compile monthly reports as needed.
Prepare weekly and monthly call plans in Salesforce.
Complete daily call reports in Salesforce.

Candidate Requirements
Required level of Education:Registered nurse - Anaesthetic or ICU experience and trained
Skills and Experience:
3 years’ experience in ICU or Anaesthetic
Strong verbal communication skills & good interpersonal skills
Code 08 driver’s license
Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
