Duties:

•  Issue inter-company customer invoices.
• Posting financial data to the accounting software package from source documents such as customer invoices, receipts from bank statements, supplier invoices,  payments from bank statements and reconciling the company’s bank statements.   
• Weekly credit card verification, replenishment and capturing of credit card transactions on the accounting system.
• Weekly store petty cash verification, replenishment and capturing of petty cashes on the accounting system.
• Verifying weekly expense allocation on petty cash and credit card transactions.
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
• Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.
