· Receive and process customer orders with precision.

· Prepare and communicate accurate quotations to customers.
· Process invoices efficiently and accurately.
· Monitor and manage customer forecasts.
· Assist with resolving customer queries and requests promptly.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
· Adhere to quality and productivity standards to drive success.
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
· Minimum Matric qualification with Mathematics.
· 1 - 3 years of experience in sales administration.
· Proactive in contacting customers to secure orders.
· Strong selling and negotiation skills.
· Professional written and verbal communication skills in English; Afrikaans is a plus.
· Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Experience with Sage X3 is advantageous.
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· A pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
