Our client is seeking an energetic Quantity Surveyor who is hungry to learn and has a knack for crafting precise BOQs and managing a bustling portfolio of maintenance and remedial projects to join their team in Cape Town.

Requirements

· Minimum 5+ years of experience in a construction

· Has experience with remedial work/maintenance contracts.

· Require on site measuring and setting up own BOQ and pricing and then managing projects

· Require ability to run various projects and measure and price various projects simultaneously due to industry being more in maintenance
