• Contact potential students via telephone to inform them about our IT training programs and offerings.
• Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of our courses to prospective students.
• Build and maintain a database of leads and contacts.
• Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about courses, admission requirements, and enrolment procedures.
• Handle objections and concerns while emphasising the value of our programs.
• Schedule appointments for in-person or virtual consultations with interested students.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Provide excellent customer service to students throughout the enrolment process.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrolment experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and training program updates to effectively promote our offerings.
• Maintain accurate and organised records of all interactions in our CRM system.
