- Contact potential students via telephone to inform them about our IT training programs and offerings.
- Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of our courses to prospective students.
- Build and maintain a database of leads and contacts.
- Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about courses, admission requirements, and enrolment procedures.
- Handle objections and concerns while emphasising the value of our programs.
- Schedule appointments for in-person or virtual consultations with interested students.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Provide excellent customer service to students throughout the enrolment process.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrolment experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and training program updates to effectively promote our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and organised records of all interactions in our CRM system.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with prospective students.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the IT training industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
